Job Description

Location: Crystal Care Solutions - Falconway

About The Role

Are you an experienced leader in Health and Social Care with a passion for empowering young people? Join Crystal Care Solutions as a House Manager and take the lead in delivering safe, high-quality supported accommodation for young people aged 16–25.

  • Leading a care leaving provision in line with the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023
  • Managing a team of support staff, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring compliance and best practice
  • Delivering high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence and wellbeing
  • Developing and implementing independence plans, safeguarding practices, and progression targets
  • Acting as a role model and mentor for both young people and team members
  • Coordinating shift planning, performance monitoring, team development, and budget management
  • Conducting audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance checks

What we are looking for

Essential

  • 1+ year of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • 2+ years of experience in Health and Social Care, ideally with children and or young adults
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team while fostering a safe and inclusive environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Deep knowledge of safeguarding, supported accommodation regulations, and care frameworks
  • Strong planning, delegation, and organisational abilities
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and sleep-ins
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Willingness to complete relevant qualifications within required timescales
