Role Description
The House Services Coordinator is a part-time, on-site role located at Oxygen House in Exeter. This position is responsible for coordinating day-to-day house and office services, including room bookings, meeting setups, and the smooth running of shared spaces. The role involves liaising with internal teams, external suppliers, and visitors to ensure a welcoming, efficient, and well-maintained environment. Typical tasks include:

- Strong Service Coordination and Operations Management skills to oversee daily house services and ensure efficient workflows.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to engage effectively with colleagues, visitors, and external providers.
- Good Customer Service skills to deliver a professional, responsive, and courteous experience for all building users.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- Practical knowledge of office or facilities administration, basic IT proficiency (email, calendars, spreadsheets), and experience in a corporate or hospitality setting would be beneficial.
