📍Location: Oxygen House, Exeter Business Park, EX1 3LH (on site) ✨Term: Part-time, permanent - office based ⏰Hours: 24 hours per week: 9:30 - 18:00 Wednesday - Friday. 💷Salary: £16,200 pro rated (27,000 Full Time Equivalent) plus generous company benefits 📅Closing date: Tuesday 30th June 2026 at 9:00am About us Oxygen House is home to a group of companies investing in projects that foster social, environmental, and economic prosperity. With a team of around 200 people across six companies, we take pride in the high-quality services we provide to our employees. This support role is at the heart of Oxygen House, valued by a high-achieving, professional, yet informal and fun team culture. The Role As House Services Coordinator, you’ll be the welcoming face of Oxygen House - delivering a warm, professional front-of-house service, while supporting the smooth delivery of events, activities and workplace initiatives that make our environment feel exceptional. This role is perfect for someone seeking predictable part-time work. Key Responsibilities: Provide a professional and welcoming first point of contact for clients, visitors and colleagues Maintain a visible and responsive presence in the building, ensuring front-of-house standards remain consistently high Support the planning and delivery of internal events and activities Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure visits and events run smoothly Bring forward ideas to continuously improve the workplace experience Assist with sourcing suppliers and supporting sustainable operational practices Contribute to projects and initiatives led by the Head of House
