We're looking for a Housekeeper to join the team at Paramount Place, our brand new luxury retirement village in the heart of Tunbridge Wells. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the standards of a premium community from day one, working in a role where your attention to detail and customer service will make a genuine difference to our residents every day.

This is a hands on role with excellent opportunities to develop your career, including the potential to progress into a Housekeeping Team Leader position as the village grows.

About The Role

Working as part of our Housekeeping team, you'll help ensure residents' apartments and all communal areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort and presentation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning residents' apartments, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping and sanitising surfaces
  • Ensuring all communal areas are immaculate, welcoming and ready for residents and visitors
  • Laundry duties, including caring for residents' linen where required
  • Reporting any maintenance issues or health and safety concerns
  • Supporting the wider village team to deliver an exceptional resident experience
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and infection control at all times

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering exceptional standards.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience, ideally within hospitality, hotels, healthcare or residential settings
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • A friendly, caring and professional manner
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service

Hours

Full time, 37.5 hours per week

  • Working 5 days out of 7
  • Flexibility to work weekends and some evenings is essential
  • Shifts will fall between 7am and 10pm
