About The Role
Pertemps Reading seeks a Housekeeper in Oxford on a full-time basis, working 08:00 to 16:00, Monday through Friday. This temporary assignment runs until 9th October 2026, with possible extension, paying £13.85 hourly. The successful candidate will clean student accommodation, covering bedrooms, hallways, kitchens, meeting rooms, and toilets, ensuring every area meets required standards promptly.
The Main Duties
- Ensure that all areas of student accommodation (including rooms, hallways, kitchen, meeting rooms, toilets) are cleaned efficiently and promptly to the standards
- Attend any training as necessary to complete your job tasks effectively
- Comply with all safety regulations for cleaning materials, equipment, and buildings
- Maintain high personal standards of performance, personal hygiene, and appearance.
- Report any complaints and incidents of accident, fire, theft, loss, damage, or other irregularities and take action if practicable.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues at all times.
- Perform any reasonable task as requested by management or the Housekeeping Supervisor.

- Housekeeping/Cleaning experience is mandatory
