Key Responsibilities
- Required to undertake and successfully complete mandatory training
- To highlight any areas of knowledge where improvements can be made and to actively seek personal development from senior colleagues
- Undertake any relevant training for post
- Recognise that all people are different and require individual care, ensures that team members understand this and act accordingly.
