Housekeeper - Ruby Lodge, Sowerby, Thirsk

- 40 Hours per week, working weekends on rota
About the Role
We are looking for a Housekeeper for our care home 'Ruby Lodge', where you will be providing a service to the home manager, the home, and our residents.

- Located in Sowerby, Thirsk
- Accommodates up to 69 residents

About the Housekeeper Role
Within your role, you can make a difference to our residents’ lives. Our Housekeepers have the highest standards for our Homes. They have exceptional attention to detail, a keen eye for anything out of place, and ensure all residents' personal clothing and bedding are washed, pressed, and folded immaculately. They also ensure residents' rooms are of the highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene through thorough cleaning.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a housekeeper or laundry assistant (preferred but not essential)
- Exceptional eye for detail
- Friendly and caring attitude
- Ability to engage well with residents and their families
- Knowledge or understanding of the care sector
