Pareto FM is looking for a professional and detail-focused Housekeeper / Workplace Hospitality Assistant to join one of our client sites.
This is a varied role combining housekeeping, cleaning, and workplace hospitality support within a fast-paced office environment. You'll play an important part in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming workplace while ensuring hospitality areas are fully prepared and stocked throughout the day.

The Role
As a Housekeeper / Workplace Hospitality Assistant, you'll be responsible for maintaining excellent cleaning and housekeeping standards across the workplace while supporting hospitality services, including breakfast and lunch preparation areas.
You'll help ensure communal spaces remain clean, organised, and ready for use, creating a positive experience for employees, visitors, and guests.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering cleaning and housekeeping services in line with agreed standards and schedules
- Preparing kitchen, dining, and hospitality areas for breakfast and lunch service
- Ensuring food preparation areas, communal spaces, crockery, and equipment are clean and organised
- Monitoring and replenishing food items, beverages, consumables, and cleaning supplies
- Carrying out internal cleaning duties, including window cleaning where required
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the workplace
- Reporting site issues, maintenance concerns, or stock shortages to the Supervisor
- Managing allocated tasks through the Jobber system
- Ensuring cleaning products, materials, and equipment are stored safely and correctly
- Following all health & safety procedures and safe working practices
- Supporting continuous improvement of cleaning and hospitality standards
- Providing a professional and positive service to clients, colleagues, and visitors

What We're Looking For
Essential
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience
- Good understanding of health & safety practices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Reliable, punctual, and professional approach
- Good communication and customer service skills

Desirable
- Experience within a corporate office, hospitality, or workplace environment
- Experience supporting hospitality services or food preparation areas
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment and safe working practices

Working Environment
