Job Description
Location: Cherry Tree House, 49 Dobbins Lane, Wendover
You must be a UK resident with a working visa to apply and be considered.
We are looking for experienced or enthusiastic Housekeepers to join our team!
What does the role entail?
- Domestic cleaning: Cleaning done to a high standard, including cleaning activities such as hoovering, mopping, dusting, and polishing. Also includes laundering of resident’s clothes, towels, and linen.
- Adherence to Professional Standards: Uphold the highest standards of care, ensuring compliance with Salveo Care policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Courtesy and respect: You will exhibit courtesy and respect to residents at all times, working closely with management and other members of staff to ensure a peaceful, clean, and tidy environment is maintained.
- Time Management: You will exercise good time management when planning and completing housekeeping duties around the home, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner that does not interfere with the residents’ routine where possible.

- Trust: Demonstrate a genuine investment in the health and happiness of residents, maintaining open and honest communication to inspire a culture of trust.
- Experience and Training: While experience in a similar role is welcome, comprehensive training will be provided.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail is required to maintain high cleanliness standards, prevent the spread of infections, and create a safe, welcoming environment that supports the health, comfort, and dignity of the residents.
- Positivity and Initiative: The ability to take initiative and have a positive, can-do attitude is essential.
- Passion for Wellness: A genuine enthusiasm for promoting wellness and a commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
