Housekeeper – River Dart Country Park
Location: River Dart Country Park, Dartmoor, Devon, TQ13 7NP
Job Type: Permanent – 40 hours per week
Pay: Dependent on age, qualifications, and experience
Working Pattern: Flexible shift pattern including weekends
Qualifications/Experience: Full driving licence and first aid certificate desirable but not essential
Start Date: From Monday 5th October (or by agreement)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly team at River Dart Country Park as a Housekeeper.
Set within 90 acres of parkland in Dartmoor National Park, River Dart Country Park is one of Devon’s best-loved family attractions and campsites. The Park features a campsite, bed and breakfast accommodation, extensive play areas, and is also a popular venue for corporate events and weddings.

Main Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness across the site, including B&B rooms, day visitor areas, campsite facilities, and the wedding venue.
- Help with enquiries and problems that may arise in a friendly, helpful manner.
- Ensure residential guests adhere to company rules, regulations, and terms and conditions by reporting any concerns to the Housekeeping Manager or General Manager.
- Adhere to, and promote company risk assessments and health & safety policies.
- Repair or report any equipment faults to the Housekeeping Manager/General Manager.
- Liaise closely with other departments to ensure cleanliness and appearance standards are met.
- Completing necessary paperwork.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous Housekeeping experience.
- Able to interact professionally with colleagues and customers.
- Commitment to providing high service standards.
- Ability to work to schedules and deadlines.
