Job Opportunity: Part Time Housekeeper at Spring Wood Lodge
If you have an eye for detail and enjoy creating a safe and clean environment for some of the most vulnerable people in society, then join the team at Spring Wood Lodge as a Part Time Housekeeper.
Working Hours
Saturday and Sunday, 9am to 5pm - 7.5 hours per day
Responsibilities
Working 15 hours a week, you will be an integral part of the housekeeping team at a service for men and women with enduring mental health issues, complex needs, and complicated addiction problems. Your responsibilities will include cleaning all areas of the service, including wards, office spaces, bedrooms, and visitors area.
Key Duties
- Working closely with the maintenance team to ensure all areas of the service are spotless.
- Delivering high standard cleaning services.
- Receiving all necessary training to get you started.
- Joining the dedicated team, where you can make a positive difference and be part of changing lives for the better.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have previous experience of cleaning within a similar environment.
- Enjoy cleaning and get satisfaction from a job well done.
- Prioritize duties and responsibilities effectively.
- Be a good communicator.
- Have good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Be able to spot and resolve problems efficiently.

About the Service
You will be working at Spring Wood Lodge, a service that supports women over the age of 18 who have complex emotional and mental health problems associated with significant risk behaviors. Typically, they have a diagnosis of personality disorder or a severe mental illness.
