We are looking for a reliable and caring Housekeeper to join our friendly team and take pride in maintaining the high standards our residents deserve.
Your role
- Pay: £12.71 per hour
- Location: St Johns Street, Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, B61 8QT
Working alongside the care and housekeeping teams, you will help keep residents' rooms and shared areas clean, comfortable and welcoming. You will:

- Clean residents' bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas to a high standard.
- Follow cleaning schedules and infection prevention procedures.
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly.
- Replenish supplies and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
- Respect residents' privacy, dignity and individual preferences at all times.
- Work closely with colleagues to help the home run smoothly.

What You'll Bring
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is welcome, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important. We will provide the training and support you need to carry out your duties confidently.
- A caring, friendly and respectful approach.
- Reliability, organisation and close attention to detail.
- A commitment to cleanliness, infection prevention and residents' wellbeing.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
