Housekeeper Supervisor
Location: Scape, Wembley
Hours: 40 hours per week
As a Housekeeper Supervisor for Scape your main duties will include:
- Assign workers their duties and inspect work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness
- Investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment, and take corrective action
- Obtain list of rooms and areas to be cleaned immediately and list of prospective check-outs or discharges to prepare work assignments
- Take inventory of stock to ensure adequate supplies
- Make recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation
- Perform cleaning duties daily
- Establish standards and procedures for work of housekeeping staff
- Understanding and following our health and safety policy, operational procedures, risk assessments and method statements
- To ensure cleaning materials instructions are always adhered to and aware of COSSH
