The Role

Your role is to contribute to the Housekeeping Team to ensure the consistent delivery of the highest quality of guest experience through providing immaculate spaces. You will be responsible for delivering the daily housekeeping operations effectively and efficiently, working as a team player at every turn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily cleaning, turnover and general housekeeping for rooms and public areas.
  • Laundering and ironing of property linens.
  • Working in adherence with SOPs provided, to ensure the housekeeping is up to standard.
  • Partner with wider WildLand teams to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Be willing to support other departments in their functions in times of need.

Who you are

You will be a practical individual with a positive outlook, flexible attitude and great team spirit. You will ideally have some experience of private household or hospitality housekeeping, and be comfortable looking after a range of surfaces and materials, however full training will be provided.

Location

Working across multiple Wildland sites in the majestic Cairngorms National Park, Scotland. Transport can be provided.

Hours

40 hours per week; permanent; full time or part time; flexible shift working patterns can be considered.
