Location: Cirencester, GL7 6JS

Salary: £22,768 FTE + allowance (in line with the National Living Wage from 1 April 2026).

Vacancy Type: Permanent, 25 – 30 hours per week

We are growing our Housekeeping team at the Royal Agricultural University and we would love you to be part of it.

Our Housekeeping team plays a hugely important role in creating a clean, welcoming and comfortable environment for our students, staff and visitors. From our student accommodation and guest bedrooms to offices and public spaces, you will help keep our beautiful campus looking its best.

Previous housekeeping experience is an advantage, but it’s not essential – we are looking for the right people and will support you in the role.

Working patterns

We have permanent 25 – 30 hour positions available.

  • 25 hours per week

    • 6.00 am – 11.00 am, or
    • 9.30 am – 3.00 pm (including half hour unpaid break)
  • 30 hours per week

    • 6.00 am – 12.30 pm, or
    • 8.30 am – 3.00 pm (both with half an hour unpaid break)

The roles are primarily weekday based, with some additional flexibility for rotational weekend working and our busy summer conferencing season.
