Salary: £12.85 per hour

Hours: 24 hours per week alternate weekends

We have a vacancy for a Housekeeping and Laundry Assistant who takes real pride in ensuring their work is always completed to our high standards.

Working as part of a team, you will maintain the privacy, confidentiality and dignity of each resident and handle their possessions with due care and respect.

As a Housekeeping and Laundry Assistant you will be responsible for:

  • ensuring that all areas of our centre, including public areas and our resident’s rooms are clean, and our high standards are met at all times.
  • laundering and ironing our residents’ clothing, putting it away tidily and ensuring wardrobes and drawers are always clean and neat, and repairing clothing where necessary.
  • maintaining linen stocks for day to day use.
