We are seeking a charming and engaging Public Area Housekeeping Attendant with a passion for service excellence.
You will report to the Housekeeping Supervisor, working towards serving our customers and providing a memorable experience for our guests during their stay with us.
A Public Area Housekeeping Attendant Will Be Responsible For
- Ensuring all control measures set by HOD are followed all the time
- Demonstrate the ability to proactively prioritize the needs of the departments and effectively manage resources and time
- Be aware of housekeeping SOPs and Health & Safety procedures
- Demonstrating personal ownership of the tasks and follow through to get optimal results
- Assist with deep cleaning projects when required
- Perform turndown duties when required
- Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality service

To be successful in the role of Public Area Housekeeping Attendant, we require:
- Housekeeping Assistant experience
- Excellent organisation skills
- An ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel
- The ability to communicate and organize yourself in line with different guest expectations
- A good command of English is essential, a second language is advantageous
