More About The Role
Our Facilities team is dedicated to ensuring that our Head Office remains a highly presentable, clean, and safe environment for all colleagues and visitors.
Reporting to the Housekeeping Coordinator, you will join our wider Housekeeping Team to uphold exceptional cleaning and facility standards across our large office space.
Role Details:
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Contracted Hours: 23.75 hours per week
- Operating Hours: Shifts fall between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an efficient, friendly, and approachable service to colleagues and visitors at all times.
- Maintain excellent cleaning and hygiene standards throughout the building.
- Regularly check, upkeep, and replenish office consumables.
- Support the wider facilities function during large internal events, including the safe moving and storing of equipment, furniture, and signage.
- Strictly adhere to all Health & Safety guidelines and Good Housekeeping practices.
- Operate professional cleaning machinery safely and effectively (full training will be provided).

- Experience working within a housekeeping/cleaning function with a great eye for detail
- Great communication and outstanding customer service skills
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Able to work using your own initiative
- To work accurately and deliver your best at all times
- Organised, reliable, and punctual
- The ability to be flexible and a good team player
- Ability to work to time scheduled functions, with a sense of urgency without compromising standards
