Housekeeping Attendant
lyf George Square Glasgow is looking for a hardworking and dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join our Housekeeping Team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys building strong relationships with clients, and has a natural ability to identify and develop new business.
You will report to the Housekeeping Manager, in this role, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene standards throughout guest rooms and public areas. The successful candidate will help to create a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests while ensuring all housekeeping duties are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
Housekeeping Attendant Responsibilities
- Ensuring all control measures set by HOD are followed all the time
- Demonstrate the ability to proactively prioritise need of the departments and effectively manage resources and time
- Be aware of housekeeping SOPs and Health & Safety procedures
- Demonstrating personal ownership of the tasks and follow through to get optimum results
- Assist with deep cleaning projects when required
- Perform turndown duties when required
- Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality service

- Recent experience in similar role
