Requirements
- You’ll bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the team.
- You have a talent for detail and organization, to manage your daily tasks
- Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic
- You will have previous experience within a similar role, ideally 5*
- You enjoy working within a team whilst still having the responsibility of solo tasks
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of guest and public areas, to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience
- You’ll also have an understanding of all hotel services, taking note of any guests requests and requirements, and help to deliver these
- You will carry out the setup of rooms pre-arrival to ensure guests feel instantly relaxed
- You will also assist with the turndown and night service for occupied rooms and suites
