Housekeeping Coordinator
Join our housekeeping team and play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. As Housekeeping Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day operation of the department, ensuring seamless communication, efficient scheduling, high cleanliness standards, and outstanding service across the hotel. This is an ideal opportunity for an organised, detail-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including room assignments, evening service schedules, team task allocation, and special projects to ensure smooth departmental performance.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including attendance, room assignments, cleaning schedules, lost property, engineering requests, and housekeeping projects.
- Act as the central point of communication between housekeeping, hotel departments, guests, and external suppliers, ensuring information and requests are managed efficiently.
- Support guest satisfaction by handling housekeeping requests, resolving concerns promptly, and coordinating with relevant departments to deliver outstanding service.
- Drive quality, compliance, and administration standards through inspections, reporting, inventory and lost property management, health and safety adherence, and general departmental administration.

About You:
- You will have excellent organisational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and experience within a hotel or hospitality environment.
- A proactive approach, problem-solving ability, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service are essential.
- Experience within a luxury or lifestyle hotel setting would be highly advantageous.
