Role
We are currently looking for a Floor Porter to join our team of Housekeeping associates at Rosewood London. The Floor Porter is appointed to assist in maintaining our guest areas and housekeeping storage areas as well as fulfilling guest requests. This role offers approximately 40 hours per week spread over 5 working days.
Key expectations of this role are
- Planning and arranging appropriate supplies in the pantries needed for the day.
- Efficiently supporting the floor supervisor and the team of housekeepers to deliver an engaging, refined, and intuitive service.
- Ensuring all guest rooms, guest floors, public areas, fire exits, stairways, service areas, and service rooms are maintained to the Hotel standards.
- Reporting progress using the communications device provided.
- Delivering guest requests in an efficient manner.
