What you'll do

You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

As a Housekeeping Graduate, you will work towards becoming a future leader of our hotels! You will spend 12 months learning every aspect of the Housekeeping Division while shadowing our leadership team

Whilst you will spend 12 months in our Housekeeping team, you will have the opportunity to be involved in other aspects of the business such as employee events. Each graduate will also receive a buddy and a mentor to guide them through their year with us.

  • You will network with other Ultimate Leader graduates across the Dorchester Collection properties
  • You will attend external training courses with your fellow graduates, both virtually and in person.
