Housekeeping Manager | Manor Cottages, Bourton-on-the-Water
Love leading teams, delivering high standards, and creating exceptional guest experiences? We're looking for a Housekeeping Manager to lead our local housekeeping operation across our portfolio of beautiful Cotswolds holiday cottages.
💰 £28,500 per year
📍 Bourton-on-the-Water
⏰ 37.5 hours per week (5 days out of 7)
You'll be responsible for:
✅ Managing and supporting a team of housekeepers
✅ Recruitment, training and rota planning
✅ Maintaining exceptional property standards
✅ Stock, linen and supplier management
✅ Building strong relationships with cleaners and contractors
✅ Supporting guests and owners with occasional on-call cover
