Be Part of Bristol's First Luxury Five Star Lifestyle Hotel

Hotel Gotham first turned heads in Manchester, earning the title of "Europe's sexiest hotel". Following a show-stopping opening in Newcastle, the curtain now rises on the next act of the Gotham story - and this time, Bristol takes centre stage.

The iconic Grade II listed Guildhall is being thoughtfully transformed into Bristol's first luxury five star lifestyle hotel. Rich in history and architectural grandeur, expect breathtaking Gothic windows, magnificent stained glass and original period features around every corner. It's a setting worthy of Gotham.

Hotel Gotham is more than just a hotel – it’s a way of life. A vibe. A 5-star, theatrical, vibrant, stylish, dramatic experience – for guests and colleagues.

As Our Housekeeping Manager

As our Housekeeping Manager, you'll play a pivotal role as a member of the senior management team during the pre-opening phase of our 75 bedroom breathtaking hotel. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a passionate housekeeping team from the ground up, creating a culture of excellence that defines every guest's experience from the moment they arrive.

You'll be responsible for recruiting, developing and inspiring a high-performing housekeeping department, creating operational standards and training programmes that will set the benchmark for our five-star luxury hotel. From beautifully presented guest bedrooms and immaculate public areas to supporting throughout the entire property, you'll ensure every detail reflects the distinctive Gotham brand and creates an unforgettable guest experience from day one. The perfect candidate is a passionate individual who leads by example with perfection in every detail.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
