Housekeeping Office Co-ordinator
As Housekeeping Office Co-ordinator, you’ll be the eyes and energy behind the scenes—supporting the team, maintaining standards, and ensuring every room and public area reflects the elegance and excellence our guests expect.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervise / Coordinate daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms and public spaces.
- Conduct room and area inspections to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet 5-star standards.
- Support, train, and motivate room attendants and housekeeping staff.
- Manage stock levels of linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
- Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Step up as acting Assistant Head Housekeeper when required.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory / Office coordinator role, ideally in a luxury or lifestyle hotel.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and a guest-first mindset.
- Strong communication and team leadership skills.
- A calm, confident presence and a commitment to high standards.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
