Housekeeping Office Coordinator

Located in a prominent position on Shoreditch High Street, One Hundred Shoreditch has 258 bedrooms, five restaurants and bars including a breakfast restaurant, a destination cocktail bar and a rooftop bar and terrace, offering panoramic views over East London.

Role Overview

As Housekeeping Office Coordinator, you will be at the heart of the day-to-day Housekeeping operation, ensuring clear communication between the Housekeeping team, Front Office, Maintenance and other hotel departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily administration and operation of the Housekeeping office.
• Maintain accurate room status information and communicate updates with Front Office.
• Coordinate guest requests, room discrepancies, maintenance issues and special requirements.
• Assist with the daily allocation and coordination of Housekeeping colleagues.
• Monitor and update housekeeping systems, logs and departmental records.
• Coordinate lost property procedures in line with hotel standards.
• Support the ordering, receiving and monitoring of Housekeeping supplies and amenities.
• Liaise closely with Front Office, Maintenance, Laundry and other departments to resolve issues efficiently.
• Assist with departmental briefings, handovers and daily communication.
• Support the Housekeeping Manager and supervisors with administrative tasks and reporting.
• Ensure guest requests and operational issues are followed through promptly and professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling guest and colleague information.
• Contribute to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service expected at One Hundred Shoreditch.
