Housekeeping & Operations Supervisor
Due to continued growth, Belmont Places is seeking a reliable, organised, and proactive individual to oversee housekeeping operations across our portfolio of serviced accommodation properties. This role is key to ensuring consistently high standards, smooth daily operations, and an exceptional guest experience.
What the Role Involves
- Managing housekeeping schedules and coordinating property changeovers
- Conducting regular property inspections and resolving any issues promptly
- Maintaining consistently high cleaning and presentation standards across all properties
- Coordinating linen, toiletries, and cleaning stock to ensure uninterrupted operations
- Liaising with external suppliers, including laundry providers, to ensure efficient service and timely turnaround
- Supporting, supervising, and communicating with the housekeeping team
- Using scheduling or property management systems to track cleans and operational tasks
- Assisting with guest readiness, quality control, and day-to-day operational requirements
- Responding to urgent issues and arranging last-minute cleaning cover when required

What We’re Looking For
- Highly organised, reliable, and proactive
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and presentation
- Confident communicator with good team coordination skills
- Experience in hospitality, serviced accommodation, housekeeping, or property operations (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence (if travel between properties is required)
