Housekeeping Porter
The BoTree, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton, is seeking a Housekeeping Porter to join its Housekeeping Team. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of the department by ensuring efficient distribution of linen, supplies, and housekeeping equipment throughout the hotel. This support enables the team to deliver exceptional standards and memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities
- Collect, transport, and distribute linen, uniforms, guest amenities, and housekeeping supplies throughout the hotel.
- Maintain housekeeping pantries, linen rooms, and storage areas in a clean, organized, and fully stocked condition.
- Support Room Attendants, Turndown Attendants, and Public Area Cleaners with operational requirements.
- Deliver guest requests, amenities, and housekeeping items promptly and professionally.
- Assist with stock control and inventory processes for linen and housekeeping supplies.
- Report maintenance issues, shortages, damages, or safety hazards promptly.
- Follow hotel, company, and Hilton brand standards for cleanliness, safety, and presentation at all times.
