About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations within a brand-new, high-tech office environment. This premium facility includes modern workspaces, cutting-edge technology, and luxury amenities such as a fully equipped gym and sauna.

The successful candidate will bring a strong hospitality background, excellent organisational skills, and a commitment to maintaining immaculate standards of cleanliness and presentation across all areas.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all housekeeping activities across the site, ensuring consistently high standards are maintained throughout.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and coordinating daily housekeeping operations across office floors, communal areas, gym, and sauna
  • Ensuring all areas meet strict hospitality-grade cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Leading, training, and motivating housekeeping staff to deliver consistent performance
  • Conducting regular inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with standards
  • Managing cleaning schedules, rotas, and task allocation
  • Monitoring and maintaining stock levels of cleaning materials and equipment
  • Ensuring COSHH and health & safety compliance at all times
  • Responding promptly to service requests, incidents, or operational issues
  • Working closely with facilities management and front-of-house teams to ensure a seamless occupant experience
  • Maintaining strict hygiene and sanitation standards across wellness facilities (gym and sauna)

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an experienced housekeeping professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional standards.

You should have:

  • Experience in housekeeping supervision within hospitality environments (e.g. hotels, serviced apartments, luxury facilities)
  • Strong understanding of high-end cleaning and presentation standards
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Hands-on, proactive working style
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-spec environment
  • Knowledge of COSHH and health & safety practices

Desirable Experience

  • Experience in premium corporate offices or high-end commercial environments
  • Experience maintaining gym, spa or sauna facilities
  • Knowledge of modern cleaning systems and equipment
  • Relevant housekeeping or facilities qualifications

Working Hours

  • Full-time, shift-based role
  • Flexibility required to support operational requirements
  • Some early/late shifts or weekend working may be required depending on site needs
