Job Description

About the Housekeeping Supervisor Role

To ensure that all guest accommodation is well maintained and presented to the highest standard which continually exceeds our guests’ expectations.

  • Allocating duties, including the completion of timesheets and rotas, forecast, audits.
  • The ability to lead by example and motivate a team of 36 to support the delivery of our exceptional service standards across 249 bungalows.
  • Ensure the housekeeping team have received the correct COSHH and Health & Safety training and are adhering to the correct procedures.
  • To be competent using IT and Microsoft Office.
  • Provide amazing customer service to all of our guests.
  • To work efficiently and to keep within time frames.
  • To have the ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding role.
  • Being approachable and the first point of call to the housekeeping team members.
  • Having a keen eye and strong attention to detail.
  • Having excellent organisational skills.
  • Being self-motivated with a positive outlook and a passion to do your best.

Hours of Work

  • This role is based on 30 hours per week.
  • Involves working 4 days out of 7 (including weekends).
  • Shifts patterns will vary between 8am – 6pm, 8am – 4pm, and 8am – 3pm.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience of working in a team leader or supervisory role.
  • Strong IT and computer skills is essential.
