Hours: 40 (5 Days out of 7 days weekly rota)

About The Role
We’re looking for an organised, detail‑driven Housekeeping Supervisor to uphold impeccable cleanliness and service standards across our hotel. You’ll lead the team in delivering rooms and public areas that exceed guest expectations every time.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervise daily cleaning of rooms, bathrooms, corridors and public areas to brand standards.
- Coordinate room allocations and handovers with Reception and Night Porters.
- Maintain tidy storerooms, organised trolleys and correct stock levels.
- Ensure guest rooms are fully prepared and checked prior to arrival.
- Manage guest laundry, lost property and guest requests efficiently.
- Support new starters through training and induction.
- Log and report maintenance issues promptly.
Who You Are
- Experienced Housekeeping Supervisor or Room Attendant (minimum 1 year).
- Strong organisation, time‑management and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to service quality.
