Company Description
Housekeeping Supervisor | £32,000 per annum
Great guest experiences begin with exceptional standards—and exceptional standards begin with a great team.
We’re looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor who leads from the front, brings positive energy to every shift and takes genuine pride in creating beautifully presented guest accommodation. If you’re a natural motivator who enjoys working alongside your team and making a visible difference every day, this could be the perfect next step for you.
About Potters Resorts Five Lakes
Potters Resorts Five Lakes is the UK’s only fully inclusive resort, offering outstanding dining, entertainment, activities and accommodation, all in one unforgettable stay. Our friendly and dedicated team is at the heart of everything we do, working together to create exceptional experiences for every guest.
Job Description
We’re looking for a positive, energetic and hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to support the Executive Housekeeping Manager with the day-to-day running of our busy Housekeeping Department. You’ll lead and motivate the team while working alongside them to ensure our guest accommodation is prepared to the highest possible standard.
This is very much a hands-on supervisory role. Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you’ll clean and prepare your own allocation of guest rooms. You’ll also spend one day each week working within our Linen Department, supporting this essential area of the Housekeeping operation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
