Contract: Full-time, Permanent, Weekend availability required

Rush Court is an elegant, Queen Anne style house standing in its own grounds amidst the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside just outside Wallingford, making it a distinctive care home in the local area.
About The Role
We are seeking a compassionate Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure a high quality and efficient cleaning and laundry service is provided to residents. This will include management of Housekeeping Assistants and Domestic/Laundry Assistants and giving residents a prompt and courteous service at all times.

What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality cleaning and laundry services, maintaining a safe, hygienic, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Engage regularly with residents to meet individual needs with minimal disruption.
- Ensure all laundry is processed to a high standard, including washing, drying, and ironing of clothing and linens.
- Supervise and support the housekeeping team, including rota planning, training, recruitment, and performance management.
- Manage stock, supplies, and equipment effectively, ensuring safe use, proper storage, and cost efficiency.
- Monitor and audit housekeeping standards, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulations, and reporting incidents, concerns, or improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- NVQ level 2 & 3 in Housekeeping (or equivalent) is essential.
- Previous experience in provision of Housekeeping Services.
- Stock control experience.
- General administration and IT proficiency is desirable.
