Summary

We are seeking a Housekeeping Team Leader to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our exclusive wedding venues in the UK. Based in the countryside, this role is vital in ensuring our venues remain pristine and welcoming for every wedding celebration. Join us to lead a team committed to excellence and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the housekeeping team to ensure all venues are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Develop cleaning schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Train and support staff in cleaning procedures, safety, and customer service.
  • Monitor cleanliness standards and implement improvements.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Collaborate with venue management to prepare for events.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Foster a positive team environment focused on quality and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles.
  • Leadership skills with previous team management experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and motivate a team.
  • Experience in hospitality or event venues is preferred.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning.
