Description
As a Housekeeping Team Leader - Nights, you’ll play a vital role in making sure every guest experiences the comfort, care, and standards that define our hotel. By leading and supporting your team, you’ll ensure rooms, corridors, and public areas are always presented at their very best—welcoming, spotless, and ready to delight.
With your eye for detail and natural leadership style, you’ll motivate and guide your team to perform at their best, while working closely with other departments to keep operations smooth and efficient.
What You Will Do In This Splendid Role:
Our team are the heart and soul of all we do. Here’s what you’ll be up to:
- Overseeing the daily operations on your assigned floors, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation are consistently met.
- Allocating tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training, support, and feedback to the team members.
- Conducting regular checks of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to maintain the hotel’s standards.
- Coordinating with the Front Office and Maintenance teams to update room status, manage repair needs, and ensure seamless communication.
- Managing stock levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities, ensuring resources are used efficiently.
- Responding to guest requests and complaints promptly, professionally, and with a focus on guest satisfaction.
