About The Role

Lead our Housekeeping Team and Ensure Quality in the Spaces where Students to Succeed

EKC Group is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Housekeeping Team Leader to join our fast growing team at Folkestone College.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who takes pride in creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments while leading a dedicated housekeeping team. You'll inspire and support your colleagues, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer service are maintained across the campus.

As a hands-on leader, you'll be confident in motivating your team while also carrying out a wide range of cleaning duties yourself. You'll have experience using professional cleaning equipment and machinery and be committed to maintaining an environment where students, staff, and visitors can thrive.

Key Details

  • Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 05:30 to 08:30
  • Hours per week: 15
  • Salary: £12,004

Successful candidates will preferably have previous experience of team leadership and cleaning in a commercial environment as well as the ability to learn quickly and maintain high standards of work.
