Housing Access Assistant – 2 Month Contract
Location: Enfield
Rate: £22.01 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract: 2 Month Contract
Hours: Full Time
Pay: Bi-weekly
Summary
We are seeking a Housing Access Assistant to join our dynamic Market Management Service for a short-term contract. This role is pivotal in providing administrative, financial, and performance support in a fast-paced environment. You will be instrumental in managing temporary accommodations, overseeing procurement, handling voids and repairs, and delivering exceptional customer service to residents, contractors, and stakeholders. Your efforts will ensure precise data management and performance monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive administrative and technical support to the Market Management team.
- Assist in managing temporary accommodations, voids, repairs, and procurement processes.
- Track service performance against KPIs and generate detailed reports.
- Compile, analyse, and maintain performance and management data.
- Handle inquiries and serve as a primary contact for customers and stakeholders.
- Support financial operations, including invoice processing.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance across housing management systems.
- Aid in compliance, monitoring, and reporting tasks.
- Maintain precise records and documentation.
- Provide a professional and customer-oriented service consistently.

Essential Requirements
- Experience in Housing Administration, Housing Services, Business Support, or a similar administrative capacity.
- Proficient administrative and data entry skills.
- Familiarity with databases and case management systems.
- Experience in generating performance reports and management information.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple priorities.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Desirable
- Experience in Local Authority or Housing Sector.
- Understanding of temporary accommodation, repairs, voids, or housing procurement processes.
- Background in finance or invoice processing support.
- Experience with housing management systems.
