About the Role

We are seeking a Housing Adviser to provide an exceptional service to residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, dealing with requests professionally and sympathetically.
  • Provide an efficient and effective front-end reception and telephone service.
  • Take ownership of issues, deal with enquiries and provide a first-class response within the agreed timescales to residents.
  • Use computer systems to update records and ensure these are accurate and up to date.
  • Perform various administrative duties related to the customer service function.
  • Provide a support service to other teams within the Housing Service.
  • Ensure all reception office services are provided efficiently and effectively.

  • Strong experience in dealing with the public.
