Housing & Neighbourhood Officer
We are expanding our team in West London to deliver a more proactive and visible service to our residents. We have an exciting opportunity for a Housing & Neighbourhood Officer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Reporting to the Leasehold Customer Liaison Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality housing management service to leaseholders, shared owners, DIY shared ownership customers, Social Rented and HomeBuy residents across London.
This is a hybrid role, combining office-based and field-based working. The role involves regular travel across West London and, whilst not essential, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle would be advantageous.
Acting as a visible representative of Guinness, you will provide accessible, face-to-face support to customers, helping to build positive relationships and resolve issues effectively. You will also work closely with our Homeowner Services team to support key leasehold processes, including Section 20 consultations and licences for alterations.
We are looking for a customer-focused housing professional with excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
