Hillcrest Homes is recruiting for a Housing Assistant.
Temporary for 12 months (secondment)

Hillcrest Homes is a registered charitable Social Landlord with properties across Angus, Dundee, Edinburgh, Fife, Perth and Kinross, Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. Our aim is to provide good quality affordable homes across all our areas of operation.
About The Role
In the role of Housing Assistant, you will:
- Provide administrative support to the Housing Officers
- Contribute as a member of the Dundee East Housing Team carrying out a hybrid role in our Tom Johnston Road Dundee office and at home
- Provide advice and assistance to customers on all aspects of housing including allocations and tenancy matters and carry out a varied admin role
About You
You will:
- Be qualified to SCQF Level 5 in administration
- Have previous experience of working in a busy face paced environment
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Be enthusiastic, confident, reliable and highly motivated
- Have previous experience of working in the Housing Sector or similar setting would is advantageous
- Have excellent IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly

About The Benefits
- 32 days minimum annual leave (based on full-time hours)
