Role Overview
We are looking for a housing disrepair fee earner to run a caseload of claims on behalf of tenants, acting claimant side. Depending on your experience, this could sit at the pre-litigation or litigation stage.

What You Will Do
- Run your own caseload of housing disrepair claims from instruction onward
- Draft letters of claim, schedules of disrepair, witness statements, and other legal documents
- Instruct surveyors and experts, review disclosure, and value claims
- Negotiate settlements and make Part 36 offers
- Keep vulnerable clients clearly updated throughout
What We Are Looking For

- Experience running housing disrepair claims, claimant side
- Confidence drafting and managing your own files
- A good understanding of the pre-action protocol and civil procedure
- Strong client care, particularly with vulnerable clients
- Experience with a case management system, Proclaim desirable
- Open to qualified solicitors, CILEX, and experienced paralegals
