Role: Housing Disrepair Solicitor / Lawyer

Location: Manchester - Hybrid Working Available

Salary: Up to £55,000, depending on experience

A growing Top 100 law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Housing Disrepair Solicitor / Lawyer to join its expanding team in Manchester.

You will manage your own caseload of claimant housing disrepair matters, handling files from initial instruction through to settlement or litigation.

Requirements:

  • Experience handling housing disrepair or wider civil litigation claims
  • Strong knowledge of the CPR and relevant pre-action protocols
  • Good drafting, negotiation, and client-care skills
  • The ability to manage a busy caseload independently
  • A proactive, organized, and commercially aware approach

Desirable:

  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
