Service Care Solutions are currently working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Liverpool who are looking to appoint a Housing Disrepair Solicitor to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Solicitor from NQ to 5 years’ PQE with experience in Housing Disrepair litigation who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and growing legal team.

Housing Disrepair Solicitor

  • Salary: £35,000 – £55,000 per annum DOE
  • Location: Liverpool/Hybrid
  • Experience: NQ – 5 Years’ PQE

Key Responsibilities as a Housing Disrepair Solicitor:

  • You will manage your own caseload of Housing Disrepair matters, including:
    • Managing Housing Disrepair claims from initial instruction through to conclusion
    • Advising clients on all aspects of Housing Disrepair litigation
    • Drafting legal documents, pleadings and correspondence
    • Reviewing evidence, expert reports and schedules of disrepair
    • Conducting negotiations and pursuing settlement where appropriate
    • Preparing matters for and attending court hearings where required
    • Ensuring files are progressed efficiently and in line with relevant legislation and procedures
    • Maintaining high standards of client care throughout the lifecycle of each case
