About The Role
In this role, you will:
- Provide day-to-day case management support and guidance to a small team of IDVAs.
- Provide specialist IDVA casework support to people affected by domestic abuse who are at risk of losing their accommodation, at risk of homelessness, and who have substance use needs.
- Oversee case allocation, staff rotas, and performance management.
- Ensure safeguarding concerns are addressed and services are delivered in line with IDAS policies.
- Liaise with external agencies including police, legal services, housing, and health professionals.
- Represent IDAS at MARAC, case conferences, and multi-agency meetings.
- Deliver and oversee group programmes for clients.
- Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion by ensuring services are accessible and responsive to the needs of all communities, including those who are underrepresented or marginalised.
