Role Overview
As an Implementation Consultant, you'll help customers transform the way they operate by delivering modern housing management solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enhanced with embedded AI capabilities.
Working closely with customers, you'll identify opportunities to streamline processes, unlock efficiencies, and help organizations realize the potential of AI within their day-to-day operations.
This role sits at the intersection of business transformation, technology, and customer success - ensuring our customers don't just implement new software but achieve meaningful operational improvements through it.
What you'll be doing
- Understand the Customer's World
- Build a deep understanding of how customers operate, the challenges they face, and the outcomes they are trying to achieve.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions that uncover both stated requirements and underlying business needs.
