Role Overview

As a Housing Implementation Consultant, you'll help customers transform the way they operate by delivering modern housing management solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enhanced with embedded AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the Customer's World: Build a deep understanding of how customers operate, the challenges they face, and the outcomes they are trying to achieve. Facilitate workshops and discussions that uncover both stated requirements and underlying business needs.
  • Design Solutions That Deliver Value: Translate business challenges into structured, practical solutions that balance customer expectations, platform capabilities, and commercial realities.
  • Drive Successful Delivery: Work closely with consultants, developers, and project teams to ensure solutions are implemented effectively and remain aligned with customer objectives throughout delivery.
  • Enable Confident Adoption: Help customers embrace new ways of working through clear communication, training, and guidance that supports long-term success beyond go-live.
  • Reduce Delivery Risk: Identify gaps, blockers, and potential issues early, providing clarity and direction that keeps projects moving forward and customers informed.
  • Build Trusted Customer Relationships: Become a trusted advisor who can challenge constructively, guide decision-making, and help customers maximize the value of their investment.
