We are looking for a qualified solicitor with a clean, valid practising certificate at the time of applying, and experience across housing law including homelessness, possession proceedings, disrepair, unlawful eviction and judicial review, with the ability to run cases from inception to conclusion.

You will also bring:
- Working knowledge of publicly funded housing work, including legal representation and legal help, and the ability to service privately funded cases.
- Proven supervisory experience and experience of working to key performance indicators.
- Strong management skills and a commitment to being a team player who fosters positive change and encourages cross-referrals.
- Excellent client care skills, with sensitivity in dealing with vulnerable clients and complex practical problems.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, sound judgment and the ability to use your own initiative.
- Excellent networking and communication skills, with the ability to market the firm and generate new business.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and document management.
- Experience of conducting your own advocacy is an advantage.
