Housing Maintenance Officer
As a Housing Maintenance Officer in the Scottish Borders, you'll oversee the day-to-day organisation of property maintenance tasks, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This role in the not-for-profit sector plays a key part in making sure housing standards are met and maintained.

Description
- Coordinate and manage property maintenance schedules and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all housing units.
- Organise contractors and monitor their work to meet agreed standards.
- Handle maintenance-related enquiries from tenants promptly and professionally.
- Conduct property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and budgets.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
- Assist in reporting and auditing maintenance operations as required.

Profile
A successful Housing Maintenance Officer should have:
