Lichfield District Council is building something from the ground up.

We’re looking for an experienced Interim who has built or transformed a housing management function within a Registered Provider/social housing environment.

This isn't a role where you'll inherit a housing service.

You'll build one.

About the role:

Lichfield District Council is a Registered Provider expanding its role as a provider of affordable rented homes. For the first time, the Council will directly own and manage a growing portfolio of general needs homes, alongside its existing temporary accommodation.

We are entering an exciting new chapter.

As a Registered Provider, this brings a significant opportunity and responsibility.

Who are we looking for:

We are looking for an exceptional Housing Management Implementation Manager to lead the design and implementation of a modern, compliant, and financially sustainable housing management function from the ground up.

You'll lead the development and implementation of the Council's landlord functions, ensuring that the service is: Compliant | Customer-focused | Financially sustainable | Operationally effective | Fit for the future

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
